When you decide to make a purchase from us we pledge to do everything in our power to make the experience absolutely enjoyable. The majority of the products in our shop ship for free and in the event you need to make a return it is hassle free.

Shipping Policy

Where can we ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and England. Free Shipping only applies to orders inside the 48 contiguous U.S. States.

Shipping Times
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipments to the United States (48 States) will generally arrive to you in 3-5 business days, unless a faster shipping time is specified. Tracking numbers are provided when available.

Shipping Cost
All Tea Shirts and Tea ship FREE (inside the 48 contiguous U.S. States). Other individual items may have a shipping cost, of which we do our best to keep as low as possible. See the individual item(s) for further detail on exact cost. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost as well.

Returns Policy

Items purchased through special promotion, sales (including promo codes), or clearance as well as washed or worn clothing and tea accessories such as filters are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange. 

You may return new unwashed, unworn or unopened items within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

We don’t charge restocking or return shipping fees, however buyer is responsible for any/all shipping costs to us. If there is an error on our part such as shipping the wrong item or size, there will be no cost to you and we will make it right.

How to Return
Email us at mail@sweetteajunkie.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange. It is that easy!

Love YOUR Tea Guarantee!

If you don’t love YOUR Tea within the first 90 days of purchase through our website, simply email us at mail@sweetteajunkie.com and we will be happy to send you another pouch on us.

You should expect to receive your exchanged product within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, most cases you will receive item(s) much faster.

If a refund of payment is necessary it will be made to the credit/debit card or Paypal account you used to purchase from us. If that payment method is no longer available, refund will be done either via a mailed check or other electronic means.

Retail Stores

Returns are not processed through any retail outlet carrying Sweet Tea Junkie and must be done online through our website. Exchanges are done at the discretion of the individual retail location owner. Love YOUR Tea Guarantee is available for tea purchased at retail locations with a valid, dated receipt (with store name/location listed).
